FUEGO VELVET is the trading name of Edanaz Açık Dikbaş, a registered sole proprietorship based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The same person who picks the products answers your emails.
How we work
We work with vetted manufacturing and fulfillment partners so we can keep our prices fair without holding expensive retail space. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and shipped free of charge, with delivery typically within 5–7 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Our promise
If something is not right, we make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unworn items in their original packaging. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded, and we cover the problem, not you.
